What you receive
An interactive visualisation based on your supplied drawing, with orbit, walk-through and revision options. The visualisation helps you understand the space. Unconfirmed measurements and materials are identified as assumptions. It is not construction documentation or confirmation that works can be carried out.
Price and extra revisions
One project costs €20 + VAT and includes three revisions. A pack of five additional revisions for the same project costs €5 + VAT. There is no subscription or recurring charge. The total with applicable tax is shown before payment.
What a revision means
One consolidated request for changes to a delivered model. A submitted revision uses one available credit. Requests start after the first delivery, and each new request waits for the previous one to be completed. Report any mismatch with confirmed source data to the team for review.
Your sources and sharing
Only upload drawings you have permission to use for this purpose. Remove unnecessary personal information from the sheets. A public model link is intended for the people you choose to share it with and can be disabled in your project.
Delivery, complaints and customer rights
Creation starts after payment confirmation and runs in the background. Processing time varies with the drawing and service availability; progress appears in your workspace. We email your unique viewing link after successful creation. If we cannot complete the visualisation, all payments for that project, including VAT, are automatically refunded to the original payment method. We confirm the refund by email; the bank may take several days to display it. For cancellation requests, complaints or a source mismatch, contact the service provider above. These terms do not waive applicable consumer rights.
