A clearer space.
An honest process.

Planwalk turns readable floor plans into approximate interactive models for exploring a house or apartment before making decisions.

Who provides Planwalk

Planwalk is provided by PinkyFish d.o.o., Croatia. Contact info@pinkyfish.hr for project questions, source mismatches, corrections or privacy requests. Our service terms explain the product and pricing.

From your drawing to your viewing link

Upload a complete, readable PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP floor plan and explain your confirmed dimensions. DWG and DXF drawings need a readable PDF or image export first; CAD files can be added as supporting documents. After Stripe confirms payment, OpenAI interprets the drawing into a structured model. Automated checks validate the model structure, geometry and supported furniture placement before publication. These checks do not constitute professional architectural approval.

When creation succeeds, we email your unique viewing link. Your workspace holds the model, progress and revision requests. If creation permanently fails, all payments for that project, including VAT, are automatically refunded to the original payment method. Bank posting can take several days.

What to check in the model

Check the footprint, room relationships, dimensions and openings before furniture and finishes. Missing measurements remain assumptions. Camera movement through walls is enabled by default to make exploration easier; it does not establish physical access or clearance. The model does not replace a survey, construction drawings or professional assessment. Complex roofs, stairs and site details may need refinement beyond the first automatic model.

What our demonstrations show

The two-storey home is a manually refined development example based on CAD drawings. The apartment is a manually refined example based on a photographed plan. Their detail is not a promise that every first automatic delivery includes the same features. Our guides distinguish actual automatic output, development screenshots and AI-generated editorial illustrations.

Pricing and revisions

A project costs €20 + VAT, with three revisions included. Five additional revisions for the same project cost €5 + VAT. There is no subscription. View pricing and the VAT example.

Editorial standards

Our journal uses AI-assisted drafting and Planwalk development examples. We label illustrative images, identify model assumptions and link software-specific claims to primary sources. The Planwalk editorial byline represents the service, not an invented architect or independent reviewer. Send corrections to our support email. Article dates describe publication and substantive updates.

Your drawings and sharing

Source drawings are stored privately. You control public sharing of a delivered model; anyone with an enabled viewing link can open it. Source files are not included in that public link. Read our privacy notice before uploading.
