Case studies

A countryside home, understood through its interior.

A 34-page interior and joinery document becomes a manually refined house model. Explore the transverse upper wing, fitted furniture and the routes between rooms, with source measurements separated from assumptions.

Reading furniture without inventing walls.

Bold black outlines on the source sheets identify joinery, beds and headboards as well as architectural features. Treating every bold line as a partition would divide bedrooms and block access to bathrooms. A second reading of the thin wall lines, hatching and door arcs established which elements actually enclose a room.

A staircase connects two different footprints.

The long upper bedroom wing sits across the ground-floor living volume, terrace and wellness wing. The U-shaped staircase provides the shared reference between the two plans. The floors keep that common frame rather than being rotated or independently aligned to their outer edges. The model includes two stair flights, an intermediate landing and a real opening in the upper slab.

Joinery gives the interior its proportions.

The dimensioned kitchen provides a 5.82 m clear width and a 3.07 m island. Fitted cabinets, a glazed kitchen screen, media furniture and bedroom headboards follow the supplied schemes. The walk-through wardrobe uses two 60 cm deep units with a central aisle. Wood, stone and fabrics are procedural approximations of the documented finishes, not photographic product scans.

Every room needs a route in.

The review checked the bedroom entrances, three upper bathrooms, ground-floor WC, cloakroom, utility and sauna. Door hinges and swing directions are represented in both the plan and the 3D model. A geometric circulation check includes walls, open door leaves and individual furniture meshes; sealing a real doorway or placing a cabinet across it must make the check fail. This is a layout check, not a certification of accessibility or construction compliance.

The wellness area has its own circulation.

The spa steps face the side shown on the source plan, leaving the sauna approach clear. The adjacent basin remains a wash area rather than an invented shower enclosure. The pool and outdoor spaces provide context for the interior, while their un-dimensioned details remain approximate.

What the source cannot confirm.

This document describes interiors and joinery rather than a complete architectural survey. Floor levels, the exterior finish, window heights, roof geometry and landscape include recorded assumptions. There is no source room-area schedule, so the model does not claim a measured or saleable floor area. This is a development demonstration with manual refinement, not a promise that every first automatic model contains the same level of detail.
